Laser welding for machine builders

Privacy Policy

How Robo Laser Welding handles inquiries, security verification, data sharing, retention and your privacy requests.

Last updated: October 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Robo Laser Welding, a 3D Robotic brand, handles personal information in connection with robolaserwelding.com, project inquiries and related business communications. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean the business operating this website under the Robo Laser Welding brand.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Robo Laser Welding focuses on robotic laser welding and integration for machine builders, OEMs and industrial automation teams. Contact us about this policy or a privacy request:

Please identify your request as a privacy inquiry and provide enough information to locate the relevant correspondence. Do not send passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information unless we arrange a suitable verification method with you.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

The project inquiry form requires your name, work email, project type, production stage and message. Company and phone number are optional. We also record the submission time, your acknowledgment of this policy and the status of the notification sent to our team.

If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide, including subsequent correspondence. The website form does not accept file uploads. Please arrange the exchange of confidential drawings, proprietary process information or technical files directly with our team instead of including them in the public form.

Technical and security information

Our form uses security tokens, temporary duplicate-prevention records and keyed hashes of the network address and submitted email to reduce abuse. These hashes are pseudonymous security identifiers, not anonymous data. The form does not store the raw network address in its inquiry record. Separate hosting, web server, email or security service logs may contain network addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser details and diagnostic events.

When enabled, email delivery logs contain recipients, subjects, timestamps, delivery status and a categorized error. They do not contain message bodies, attachments, full headers or SMTP passwords. The notification email itself contains the inquiry details so our team can respond.

Cookies and browser storage

The supplied theme does not add advertising pixels, audience analytics, external fonts or embedded maps. WordPress authentication and preferences, and configured security services, may use cookies or related technologies. See the Cookie Policy for the functions and controls relevant to this website.

3. How and why we use information

  • Receive, evaluate and respond to an application or project inquiry.
  • Arrange engineering discussions, sample reviews and business follow-up you request.
  • Operate the website, deliver notifications and diagnose technical problems.
  • Prevent automated submissions, duplicates, fraud and misuse.
  • Handle privacy requests, resolve disputes and meet applicable obligations.

Where a law requires a legal basis, responding to an inquiry may involve steps you request before entering a contract; business contact information and website security are generally processed for legitimate interests in communicating and operating a secure business website. Legal obligations may require particular records. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing. The form’s policy acknowledgment is not a subscription or agreement to receive marketing.

4. Cloudflare Turnstile

The configured inquiry form loads Cloudflare Turnstile for bot detection. Cloudflare processes technical signals such as network address, browser and connection information and the website identifier. Our server sends the resulting challenge token to Cloudflare for verification; this verification request does not include the inquiry message or contact fields.

Cloudflare describes its roles in providing protection and improving bot detection in its Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Privacy Policy. If verification cannot be completed, you can contact us by email or phone.

5. Who receives information

Information may be accessed by authorized personnel handling your request and by providers needed to operate the service, including website hosting, database or backup services, email or SMTP delivery, security protection and technical maintenance. Access is limited according to the work being performed. Cloudflare is the named provider for Turnstile; hosting and email providers depend on the deployed site configuration.

We do not sell inquiry information or use the supplied theme to share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate abuse, address security incidents or resolve a dispute. If a business transfer affects information, any handling remains subject to applicable requirements and notice obligations.

Information you send in an inquiry is not published as a website comment or included in public search results. Links to other businesses do not authorize us to send your inquiry to them.

6. How long information is kept

Website inquiry records and delivery logs are scheduled for deletion after 90 days, based on the current WSM retention setting. Deletion runs through scheduled website maintenance and may occur after that period if the scheduler is delayed. A notification failure does not remove the saved inquiry.

Temporary form abuse-prevention counters expire after approximately one hour; duplicate-prevention records expire after approximately 24 hours. Expired security records are subject to WordPress cleanup. These records are separate from the inquiry record and are not advertising identifiers.

Email inbox copies, subsequent project correspondence, hosting logs and backups are separate records. Their retention depends on the provider, the business relationship, operational needs and applicable obligations. Removing a website form record does not automatically remove an email copy or a backup. When you request deletion, we assess the records within our control and explain any applicable limitation.

7. Security

The theme restricts inquiry records and mail logs to administrators, validates form fields, checks signed security tokens, limits repeated submissions and verifies Turnstile responses. Saved SMTP and Turnstile credentials are encrypted using the site’s WordPress salts. These controls reduce risk but do not guarantee that a website, email service or transmission is completely secure.

Please limit your inquiry to information necessary for the discussion. Do not submit payment details, government identifiers, health information or passwords through the form.

8. International processing

Our business contact is in the United States. Website hosting, email, backup and security providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Privacy protections may differ from those in your location. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements apply to that transfer. Contact us for information about the providers, processing locations and safeguards relevant to your inquiry.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

You can browse informational pages without submitting an inquiry. You may omit optional form fields or contact us by another channel. Required form fields and successful security verification are necessary to submit the online inquiry.

To request access, correction or deletion, email [email protected]. Describe your request and, if possible, the email address and approximate date of your inquiry. We may verify that you are entitled to make the request, using proportionate information. We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any limitation or reason for refusing a request.

The website supports administrator-managed export and erasure of inquiry records. A request may also require review of mailbox correspondence and other business records. Some information may need to be retained to meet obligations, document transactions or handle disputes.

10. Additional regional rights

Depending on your location and which laws apply, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also have a right to complain to a supervisory authority, use an authorized agent or appeal a decision. Contact us to exercise applicable rights; making a request will not result in unlawful discrimination.

These rights are subject to applicable scope, verification requirements and exceptions. We do not claim that every regional privacy law applies to every business inquiry.

11. Automated checks and marketing

Automated security checks may reject or limit a form submission. If that happens, email or phone provides an alternative way to contact our team. These checks do not make purchasing, employment, credit or similar significant decisions about you.

Submitting an inquiry does not sign you up for a newsletter or marketing campaign. We use the supplied contact form to handle project communications. Any separate marketing program would need its own notice and applicable choice mechanisms.

12. Children and external websites

This is a business website intended for professional manufacturing audiences and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can assess and remove it as appropriate.

External websites have their own privacy practices. Following a link may send ordinary connection information to that website. Their policies govern your interaction with them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when website functions, providers or business practices change. The date above identifies this version. Where applicable law requires additional notice of a material change, that notice will be provided.

For storage and browser choices, read our Cookie Policy. For questions, contact [email protected].
